"This is the best of best Chinese takeaway with reasonable price I have ever had!!! The Chinese lady at the counter was very sweet, helpful and positive while taking our orders. The portions are larger than I have expected, apparently she does the spring rolls herself so I gave it a go and it tasted fantastic. The atmosphere is very pleasant and convenient. Would recommend to everyone!!"

"This place is exactly what you want in a Chinese. I've had a variety of foods from here, and they're all beautiful. They're quite a good price too. They have a 10% student discount, and lovely small dishes for when you're peckish. My go to small dish is bean sprouts noodles, it's less than £5, beautiful, and a good amount of food. My most recent visit they gave me a gummy bear too, I imagine it was for Halloween. The lady who serves me is lovely. She's very catering, always smiling, and such a joy. The first time I went in I was new to Hull, and from that one time I knew I had found my new local Chinese. I'm very lucky to have went there. I've not dined in, I do prefer to take way, but the atmosphere is lovely. There's tables and chairs, it's clean, there's lots of stuff on the walls to read and look at. The best way to describe this Chinese is homely. You do not feel like a customer here, you feel like a friend. Overall, beautiful food, lovely staff, and a nice atmosphere. A very easy and well deserved 5 stars."

"We ordered Sliced Beef Fried wide rice noodles, shredded chicken fried rice and Egg waffles. The taste of Sliced Beef Fried wide rice noodles was so great that just like in Hong Kong. The Fried rice was good and the Egg waffles was excellent! The smell so great and tasty. The boss was very kind and gave us 3 vegetarian spring rolls free! It was hot, crispy and tasty. I definitely will go there again when I have time."

"Awesome Restaurant Alert! I’ve dined here before, and their chicken cutlet rice is absolutely delicious. The price is super reasonable—great value for money, plus it’s just a short walk from my school. The boss is incredibly approachable and friendly, always greeting customers warmly. What’s even better? They have claw machines for some fun after meals! Sometimes, buying a set meal even gets you a free Chilled Mango Sago Pomelo Dessert. Highly recommend this hidden gem!"

"I didn’t expect that in addition to Birmingham and Manchester, there is a place called HULL, which has a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant where you can eat all kinds of Hong Kong tea restaurant food. I was very touched because the owner is from Hong Kong with all family members to run this restaurant. The decoration inside the store is very nice. It's really nice to take a car and visit it when you have time. Finally, where can you eat clay pot rice and egg waffles………..etc."

"I ordered the salt and pepper chips and the mixed veg chow main. Both of which were generously portioned and tasted incredible! They gave me free prawn crackers which was delicious! My food took only 20 minutes to be delivered and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. Will 100% be ordering from here again!"
